\"\"01 HERMETIC PROTECTION RELAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is preferred in hermetic designs. The relay shows the gas discharge, oil temperature and internal pressure in the boiler. It is used in transformers larger than 500 KVA. The relay has two contacts for gas discharge, boiler pressure and oil temperature.<\/p>\n

02 ALCOHOL THERMOMETER<\/strong><\/p>\n

Alcohol thermometer only measures the temperature of transformer oil<\/p>\n

It is used for observation purposes and is contactless.<\/p>\n

03 NEMALICIOUS<\/strong><\/p>\n

Connected to the oil expansion tank, it prevents moisture from passing into the oil by capturing the moisture in the air passing through it when the oil volume changes. The size of the dehumidifier is used depending on the amount of oil and air.<\/p>\n

04 PRESSURE RELIEF VALVE<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is preferred in hermetic designs. It protects the transformer tank in case of sudden pressure increase, It is mounted on the cover. If the tank is exposed to the internal pressure set by the valve, the valve opens and prevents the tank from rupturing by compensating the pressure thanks to the oil discharge. Then, it automatically closes again, it can be used with contact when desired.<\/p>\n

05 CONTACT OIL TEMPERATURE THERMOMETER<\/strong><\/p>\n

There is a maximum indicator showing the maximum temperature reached by the oil in the transformer and can be reset with a button on the lower part. The oil temperature can be read up to 1 20\u00b0C. There are two adjustable contacts. The electrical values of the micro switches are 5A 250 VAC or 0.2A, 250VDC.<\/p>\n

06 MAGNETIC OIL LEVEL INDICATOR<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is used to monitor the oil level in the Vag Expansion Tank. Transformer oil change is shown on the oil level indicator with a float that is magnetically connected. The magnetic oil level indicator setting depends on the diameter of the expansion tank, and if desired, contact level indicators can also be used.<\/p>\n

07 BUCHHOLZ RELAY<\/strong><\/p>\n

It is connected between the transformer tank and the oil expansion tank with pipes. It is used to protect the transformer in case of a failure that may occur in the electrical equipment inside the transformer. Insulation in case of failure<\/p>\n

When gas is released in the materials, it accumulates in the chamber while passing through the relay and pushes the float down or in case of sudden failures, the valve is activated while the oil is rapidly flowing towards the valve, causing the contacts to operate. There are two independent contacts in the relay for Opening and Alarm. These are: 5A, 250VAC or 0.2A, 250VDC.<\/p>\n
